The Dawl Mansion is known for its extremely modern build. It is a pale beige color and some wood built into it. Outside in the back is white concrete blocks and a large square pool. The mansion has three stories and over 6 bedrooms. Plus a major patio for chilling and a large ballroom that is perfect for parties!

This house is built as part of the new era of architecture. It is secluded, farther away from other houses, kind of a loner on the out-skirts. It has an ocean view, the beach is the back yard. There is also a private pool, spa, and track.
